Inward Cargo Report
Inward Cargo Reports are used for reporting and movement of import cargo and the clearance of low value goods.
An Inward Cargo Report (ICR) is used to
- advance-report cargo destined for New Zealand;
- request movement of uncleared cargo as an international or domestic transhipment;
- request clearance of shipments that don’t require an Import Declaration.
ICR’s are submitted by carriers, forwarders and brokers. For more business information on an ICR visit the Customs website.
