TSW User Support
If you have a question about user registration, TSW Online or a specific declaration or entry, contact tswusersupport@customs.govt.nz
Out of Hours support
Customs provides support from 0800 to 1700. For support outside of these times, contact 0800 ITOC and they will raise a ticket for you with the service desk.
System and Developer Support
For any system or business-to-business related questions, contact JBMS@customs.govt.nz
